What to expect:
​A group fitness class designed to improve your cardiovascular health, endurance, conditioning and strength. Classes are a full-body workout combining high intensity, circuits, bodyweight and weighted exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Over 18s only.
