Online Training

* most suitable for Intermediate clients who require less instruction on exercises and form

  • App Programme only option with no check ins or ongoing support (monthly session add-on available for extra face to face instruction & support)

  • Complete Online Training option for fully personalised programme, phone check ins, nutrition guidance & ongoing support (no PT sessions)
