Annabel is a great PT - she's planned a fun programme for me that has really helped with my overall fitness and can feel improvements already in speed by using various sprinting drills. I was bored with the routine I had at the gym and found I wasn't pushing myself or improving. Annabel comes up with different exercises and uses a range of equipment - and pushes me beyond what I would on my own.
