My name is Annabel and I'm primarily an outdoor personal trainer based in Balham on the Northside of Tooting Common, offering training within the local area including Tooting, Wandsworth and Clapham. I also offer training at your home if you have a suitable space either inside or in a garden. I focus on providing a bespoke one to one service for my clients, with a high level of professionalism as well as a friendly, personal touch. I bring the gym to you! Whether they are at your home or outdoor in the park, your sessions will be in a place convenient for you. I also offer paired training if you’d like some extra motivation from a friend or partner as you workout!

I believe that being fit and healthy should be central to your everyday life - involving both what you do with your body (exercise & rest) and also what you put into it (hydration & nutrition). As your personal trainer I can work with you on both to achieve your fitness goals!

You will receive a free consultation where I take the time to understand your goals and existing lifestyle habits, as well as answer any questions you might have about the training sessions. From that discussion I develop your training plan to ensure your sessions will work effectively towards realistic and trackable goals.

Whether you are looking for a specific training programme, need more structure in your exercise regime, want help with your technique, or just need that extra push to improve your performance or get moving again - no matter what your reason is for getting a Personal Trainer, I’ve got you covered. Whatever your needs are, I make sure your programme is tailored towards them and is suitable for your experience and level. I cater for all levels of fitness - from the complete newbie, to the returning exerciser, to seasoned gym-goers. I provide effective motivation for you to work hard in an approachable and encouraging manner. Remember that it will take hard work, time and consistency from you - in and out of your sessions to see results - so be prepared to put the effort in and I will support you all the way!

If you require a more complete approach to your fitness routine, and need more than just the face-to-face 1 hr sessions - I also offer online training plans for between-session workouts as a paid add-on option. These plans are currently only being offered to those who sign up to in-person sessions, with a 3 month minimum term. You will receive a tailored programme of workouts to complete either at home or at the gym in your own time which I update and progress for you each month. This is delivered through an easy to use app which includes video demonstrations, written description of exercises and the required time/reps/sets for each exercise. This is a great option if you need help staying consistent, keeping yourself accountable and also with progressing your workouts in the times outside of your PT sessions.

If you are signed up to face-to-face sessions you can sign up to an online training plan. I programme your workouts to follow either at home or at the gym and update them monthly. This is a great option if you need more structure and guidance in your time between PT sessions.
